Andrea Kischkat, Certified Translator
Born in Germany I finished school in 1980 with the German Abitur, after 2 ½ years of commercial training I studied Architecture in Munich and Constance.
From 1996 to 1999 I studied translation studies (AKAD-Stuttgart) and earned the Certificate of Proficiency (University of Cambridge). In 1999 I moved to the US and continued translation studies at the New York University (earned the Certificate of Translation Studies)
I am specialized in commercial and legal translations as well as translating official documents and personal records and like to work in the field of tourism, literature and international relations in the language pairs German/English and English/German.
I am a Member of the American Translator Association.
